9. Warranty Information

All services performed by Reliable Automotive Services are covered by our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse of the vehicle.

10. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of emergency service, you agree to standard emergency service rates.
